Book a personal demoDo we have to set it up ourselves?
No. We configure your platform with you: your branding and sign-in page, subjects, rates, cancellation policy, invoicing and website. You can import your students, families and tutors from a spreadsheet on any plan. On Premier, and for founding partners, we move everything across for you.
Will families see our brand or yours?
Yours. Your logo, colours and sign-in page appear across every portal, and your public website and enquiry form carry your brand too. From the Agency plan, it all sits on your own domain.
Who can see what?
The office sees everything in your agency. Tutors only see the students they're allocated to. Parents see their own children and their own invoices, never tutor rates or private notes. Students only see themselves.
How do you handle safeguarding and data security?
Tutor DBS certificates and other documents are reviewed and kept on file with their expiry dates. Access is limited by role and checked on our servers, each agency's data is kept separate, and sign-in is encrypted. Administrators can use two-step sign-in, and you can require it. Messages stay inside your platform rather than on personal phones, and you can export or erase a family's data on request.
How much does it cost?
Boutique is £99 a month for up to 50 active students, Agency £199 for up to 150 and Premier £399 for up to 400, all with unlimited tutors and staff. Annual billing includes two months free. See the plans.
