1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Tutrivo website at tutrivo.co.uk and the public demo at app.tutrivo.co.uk. By using either, you agree to them.

If your agency subscribes to Tutrivo, the subscription terms you agree to when you sign up also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the subscription terms take priority.

2. Using the website

You may use this website to find out about Tutrivo and contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, to get access you're not entitled to, or to copy large parts of it.

3. The live demo

• The showcase agencies, and the tutors, families, students and schools within them, are illustrative examples built to demonstrate Tutrivo.
• The demo is shared by everyone who uses it. Please don't enter real personal information, especially about children.
• Demo data is reset from time to time, and anything you add may be deleted without notice.
• The demo is provided as it is, for evaluation only, and may sometimes be unavailable.

4. Information on this website

We work to keep the information here accurate, but features and prices may change. Features marked "Coming soon" are planned but not yet available, and their timing may change. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract unless it's included in your subscription terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Tutrivo name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to the site.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, the website and the demo are provided free of charge and "as is", and we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
