What does switching cost?

Do we have to stop using our current system?
Not straight away. You can run both side by side for the first month, and move over fully when you're happy.
Do parents need to download anything?
No. Parents get a link to your branded portal and sign in from any browser. If they like, they can add it to their phone's home screen.
What do you need from us?
Whatever you keep your families, students, tutors and rates in today: a spreadsheet, or an export from your current system. We'll tell you if anything is missing.
Can we take our data with us if we leave?
Yes. Your data is yours, and family data can be exported at any time.
